"We are passionate about moulding new experiences for our audiences," said Tarantelli, who along with David Girard and Emily Curro founded the Troy Foundry Theatre three years ago. "Through reinventing classics or cultivating original work, we want to explore the social issues of today and give the people something to think about. I think if we are successful in producing work that sparks conversations and gets people interested in the arts, then we are making a positive impact on the community."

"The material is based on true stories and apocryphal stories from Prohibition," says Girard. "The characters are devised. You won't see Legs Diamond walk in, but you may hear about him. FDR and Al Smith may also be referenced."
"Multiple events will be happening at the same time," says director Brenna Geffers. "What you see and what order you see it in is unique to you. You can choose what to look at based on what's interesting or pertinent.”
